Welcome to WoofDecals.com, operated by Philosophy Mood LLC (“Woof Decals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing through any of our official storefronts (including but not limited to TikTok Shop, Facebook/Instagram Shops, Google Shopping or eBay), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. General Terms

1.1 Eligibility  
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian to use this site and place orders.

1.2 Accuracy of Information  
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

1.3 Changes to Services  
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, products, prices, or policies at any time without prior notice, subject to orders already accepted.

1.4 Third-Party Platforms  
If you purchase our products through third-party platforms (such as TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, Google, eBay, or others), your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. In case of conflict, the platform’s terms may apply to aspects such as payment processing, buyer protection, and dispute resolution.

2. Custom Product Orders

2.1 Customization  
Our products are made-to-order and often personalized with names, breeds, text, and other options selected by you. Please review all options carefully before placing your order.

- Text, font, color, size, and design selections are considered final once you complete checkout.  
- We do not proofread or correct spelling, grammar, or design choices.  
- Slight variations in color may occur due to differences between screen displays and printed vinyl.

2.2 Production and Changes  
Once an order is placed, production may begin quickly. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after production has started. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a design is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights.

3. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

3.1 Prices  
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3.2 Taxes, Duties and Import Fees  
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, or import fees depending on your shipping destination. For international orders, your local customs authorities may charge additional fees; these are your responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

3.3 Payment Methods  
We accept payment through Shopify Payments, major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods made available at checkout. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been authorized and captured.

3.4 Pricing Errors  
If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we may cancel or adjust the order. In this case, we will contact you using the email you provided and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Times  
We aim to process custom orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Production and shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4.2 Shipping Methods  
We ship using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others, as shown at checkout. Shipping options and costs will be presented before you confirm your order.

4.3 Delivery and Risk of Loss  
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by you. In case of delivery issues, you should first contact the carrier using your tracking number.

4.4 International Shipping  
For orders shipped outside the United States, delivery times can vary significantly. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country’s authorities.

5. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

5.1 Custom Products  
Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items  
If we make an error in your order (for example, wrong design, spelling not matching your order, damaged or defective item), we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To qualify, you must:

- Contact us at info@woofdecals.com within 7 days of delivery; and  
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We may request that you return or dispose of the defective item according to our instructions.

5.3 Non-Refundable Situations  
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

- Customer errors (wrong name, font, color, size, or other customization choices as entered at checkout).  
- Improper application or misuse of the decal.  
- Minor variations in color or scale compared to on-screen previews.  
- Delays or issues caused by carriers or customs authorities, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

6.1 Our Content  
All logos, designs, artwork, photos, texts, and other content on WoofDecals.com are owned by Philosophy Mood LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

6.2 User-Provided Content  
When you submit text, names, or other customization requests, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the right to use that content; and  
- It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of third parties; and  
- It does not contain hateful, offensive, or illegal material.

By submitting such content, you grant Woof Decals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to create your order and, where applicable, to feature anonymized photos of the final product in our marketing materials (for example, on our website or social media), unless you explicitly ask us not to.

We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe violates these standards.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

- The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors; or  
- The colors or sizes displayed on your screen will perfectly match the final printed product; or  
- Our decals will adhere to every possible surface or withstand every environmental condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Woof Decals and Philosophy Mood LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.  
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your order or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.  
- Submit offensive, hateful, or illegal content in custom orders.  
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the website’s operation.  
- Place fraudulent or misleading orders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to suspend or terminate access to our services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
